the best thing about fall/winter in new york is that you can wear a massive amount of oversized wooly items and nobody will think you're homeless. so here are my 2 favorite recent wooly purchases:

olive wool oversized shorts: patrizia pepe, daffys, $30 (orig. $150)

this one i waited a whole week to buy,so i could use my special birthday discount:

navy oversized wool sweater jacket: anne klein designer label, loehmanns, (orig $1100 at stores, $279 at loehmanns), bought for $149
