Last night I just discovered the greatness that is the Uniqlo sweatpant! Usually I don't find anything I like in the store unless it's from +J but in an attempt to replace my pilling black sweatpants from Target, I went to scope out the lounge section downstairs. In that back area, there are millions of little packaged treasures. Usually they are the scary packages of baby pink camisoles but these sweatpants... my new favorite thing. Wearing them now and they are super comfy. They are also really super skinny with the ribbed ankle so they are super flattering. I'm going to wear these out with some dressy shoes and a blazer, and that will be my eff you to all the legging-wearing fools out there.
This was the color I got. Dark heather charcoal with a light grey tie. I love that the tie is not white. Something different. Oh, and did I mention these bad boys are $12.90?! Yes, awesome. They also come in black, light grey, and blue. You can see them on here on the Uniqlo UK site but you'll have to go to the store to snatch em up.

Give me kisses!
You never realize how much you love something until it goes missing! In this case, last week, one of my old school Hershey Kiss earrings went missing. In the middle of the work day, I realized I only had one on. BLAH! I searched the whole studio and finally accepted that it was probably on the train squashed under someone's foot or some punk was using it to clean under his nails. wah wah.
The next day, I go to open the window in my apt and low and behold, my earring is sitting on the window's opener-edge thing! It wasn't on the window sill and it wasn't on the messy table in front of it. It was sitting on the 1" strip of black plastic used to bring the window up and down! HOW IN THE WORLD DID IT GET THERE. It was super odd. Anyway, I am now happy that my earrings are back in both ears.
When I had thought they were gone for good, I scoured the web and eBay for replacements. All I found were these hideous things:

Scary. I love that mine are subtle kisses. I had found them in a box of knick-knacks and mismatched jewelry at the GreenFlea Market. The box was 3 for $5. My favorite kind of box!
