fuck you, kelly wearstler is my hero.

so... im in the same boat as mich. i havent been buying anything that's been worth blogging about but i desperately still want to contribute to this piece of crap known as good finds. michelle just posted about her doodies and donts. this immediately made me think of my new design hero, kelly wearstler. shes this amazing interior designer that mastered this genre of design called hollywood regency (modernity meets old royalty) and is now a judge on the bravo show, Top Design.

however, all i hear from people who watch the show is how much they hate her fashion choices. and granted, there are some outfits that have been over the top and just outright ridiculous, but thats why i love her so! its about what looks good on HER and at least its interesting. (this makes me think ... to this day, i haven't seen anyone who could wear a black bra under a backless dress like Sarah Jessica Parker and not be a total crackwhore.)
